Microsoft Office 2007 SP1 and Onsite Computer Service in New Orleans

Following five months of Onsite Computer manual downloads from Microsoft, Office 2007 SP1 is scheduled for release by automatic download on June 16, 2008.  From Onsite’s manual installation experience with several business clients in the New Orleans area, users should not encounter the plethora of issues associated with XP SP3 and Vista SP1.

Onsite Computer Service in New Orleans is recommending our clients install the Office 2007 SP1 as a part of their automatic download from Microsoft.  Generally, the first service pack for Microsoftproducts addresses SNAFUs that were discovered in the initial release of a software publication.  Onsite techs have not reported any problems as a result of installing this important service pack.  Onsite is recommending Office 2007 users install this update as soon as convenient.
